A FOUR SEASONS LIFESTYLE
WHERE LIFE FEELS GREAT
The change of seasons is a breath of fresh air that revives the senses and rejuvenates the land. Bright colors dazzle in the Indiana fall, and falling leaves indicate the shedding of remnants. Winter snow covers this hilly landscape in sparkling wonder.
Wellspring Farm offers four seasons of pleasure in the rolling Southern Indiana Hills, including some incredible sledding for the kids. The snow on the trees and the mist at sunrise provide peaceful and serene moments of pure joy. In the Spring, Dogwood, Redbud and flowering pear trees bloom throughout the property. Wildflowers, native grasses, and other plantings add to the natural splendor of the landscape. Fall colors are stunning and because the sky is so clear, you'll see more stars than you ever imagined were up there.
Connecting with nature and the outdoors is a main reason for living at Wellspring Farm. The 24' x 32' shelter house with limestone fireplace is a great place for cookouts with friends and family. With approximately 3/4 of a mile of frontage on Raccoon Creek, you can fish for smallmouth Bass, spotted Bass, Catfish, and the small—but beautiful—long eared, orange bellied Sunfish.
EACH SEASON IS A UNIQUE TIME TO EXPERIENCE NATURE
"In the summer, our family would visit for cookouts and camp out overnight in the cabin. It's like being at summer camp, but with your own rules."
Spring is a rebirth of the earth and the spirit, new flowers and animals emerging to touch the sunlight. Summer is a time of growth for corn and soybeans, animals, and us.
I love it here in the Winter. Without the leaves, the views are expansive. And, walking through the snow-covered woods is like walking though a dream.
