The custom built 5,000 square foot timber frame and limestone home was designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The design and location was specifically chosen to let the outside in. With 2,500 square feet on the main level including 2 bedrooms and 3 baths, and 1,500 square feet on the finished lower level walkout with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a pool table, a wet bar, plus an additional 1,000 square feet on the lower level for gym, storage, and utilities, this is the home of your dreams.
The house boasts a geothermal heating and cooling system as well as a backup propane furnace, an emergency generator, alarm system, standing seam metal roof and gorgeous landscaping.
